Damp proofing Marden
WYE VALLEY HERITAGE were invited to survey a property in Marden Hereford that required general renovation and Remedial, damp, proofing works, two floors were removed in the affected areas of the kitchen and bathroom.
New concrete floors were installed with the installation of new insulation, membranes and new drainage, prior to kitchens and bathrooms being fitted. A new damp proof course was installed by means of a damp proof injection, A lath type membrane
was fixed to the walls prior to plastering.
A wall was removed installing new lintels To create an opening between the new kitchen and part of the living room is created a new kitchen diner. alterations to window openings were also completed to incorporate new windows

We were invited to build an en-suite extension in Hereford. The existing property was a Victorian house constructed of red brick with solid wall construction. Great care was taken to ensure that the extension aligned with the style of the existing Victorian house.
