WYE VALLEY HERITAGE was contacted to provide a survey on a property in the callow area of Hereford, the survey instruction was from the new house Owners that were purchasing the house after it was put up for sale by the previous house owner’s, Wye Valley Heritage provided a survey And the cost of the repair work we were then instructed to do the Necessary, repair work and damp proofing Remedial work. The works involved:
- Removing existing plasterwork
- Installing Remedial , DPC
- Installing, alas, type membrane
- Re-plastering all affected areas
- Installing a new fire surround with hearth and tiling
- Redecorating and painting to the whole house
- Sanding and re-polishing the Timber floors

WYE VALLEY HERITAGE were invited to survey a property in Marden Hereford that required general renovation and Remedial, damp, proofing works, two floors were removed in the affected areas of the kitchen and bathroom.
We were invited to build an en-suite extension in Hereford. The existing property was a Victorian house constructed of red brick with solid wall construction. Great care was taken to ensure that the extension aligned with the style of the existing Victorian house.
Wye Valley Heritage was tasked with constructing a single-story dining room extension for a nineteenth-century Victorian house in Hereford, adding approximately 60 square meters of space.
